South Carolina First Steps

Multi-tenant web application for managing household enrollments in South Carolina's First Steps program with role-based access and WCAG 2.0 compliance

South Carolina First Steps

About the project

A enterprise-level web application built for South Carolina's First Steps program to manage household enrollments across the state. As a Full Stack Developer, I implemented a multi-tenant architecture using Angular for the frontend and .NET with Entity Framework for the backend. The system features role-based access control supporting administrators, organizations, and state members. I developed extensive backend APIs and optimized stored procedures in SQL Server for data management. A key achievement was ensuring WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliance throughout the platform. The application effectively tracks and manages family, adult, and child enrollments while providing secure, role-specific access to data and functionalities.
