How I use it
OpenCV handles the camera side of my vision systems: frame capture, preprocessing, drawing and tracking. The bus passenger counter and the parking space monitor both run OpenCV pipelines with YOLOv8 doing detection.

Questions clients ask about OpenCV
- Can this run on existing CCTV cameras?
- Usually. If the camera exposes an RTSP or HTTP stream, OpenCV can read it. Resolution and frame rate decide how much the model can see.
