Python is the language every AI system I build runs on, from FastAPI services to PyTorch models and OpenCV pipelines.
How I use it
Python is where my AI work lives. Model training in PyTorch, inference services in FastAPI, computer vision in OpenCV and YOLO, and the glue between them. When a project has a web front end I pair it with Next.js and TypeScript, but the part that thinks is Python.

Questions clients ask about Python
- Which Python frameworks do you use for APIs?
- FastAPI for anything new, because it is async, typed and fast to document. Flask and Django where a codebase already uses them.
- Do you write production Python or research code?
- Both, and I keep them separate. Research code proves an idea; production code has types, tests, logging and a deployment. I have published the first kind and shipped the second.
